Doors open. Have a look at the seating plan on your way in and find your name.

Suits and ties; floor-length or cocktail dresses. .
A word on shoes: the ceremony and drinks are on grass, so a block heel or wedge will serve you far better than a stiletto. Late February in the Hunter is warm by day and cooler once the sun drops behind the ridge — bring a light layer for the evening.
